Reform
Our contemporary reformer flow classes are designed for a whole-body workout. Because memberships require instructor approval beforehand, the classes are not leveled. They will be custom tailored every class.
Renew
Designed to refresh; restore; renew. This is a meditative -style flow focused almost entirely on stretching. It is a whole-body stretch with a heavy emphasis on the back and glutes. This is a client favorite.
Revive
The jumpboard gets the heartrate up and the blood flowing. Reconnect with your inner child during this class. The jumpboard is very low-impact because it is like jumping on a trampoline while lying on your back.
She has a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Communication from Baylor University. Prior to becoming a Pilates Instructor, she was a classroom teacher for 10 years. She taught English in grades 5-8 early on, but the bulk of her teaching career was spent as a pull-out Gifted & Talented teacher for grades K-5.
Throughout her entire life, and specifically in her
professions, Kelsey has been a teacher in some capacity. Her affinity for helping others learn and grow is apparent the minute you set foot in one of her classes. Her love for people, and her passion for what she does is one of the biggest benefits you will receive when you choose to practice at ReformHer.

Kelsey Parker.
Kelsey Parker is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor and member of the Pilates Method Alliance. She has been teaching Pilates since 2020, and practicing Pilates for many years, dating back to her time as an elite figure skater, when Pilates was an integral part of her off-ice training regimen. Kelsey followed up her competitive years on the ice by coaching the sport during her time in college.
